Deposits,
and payment of balance
Normally we require a deposit of £50 to secure the booking, and the full balance four weeks before arrival. Please note that we do not take credit cards,
and overseas visitors should be aware that payment must
be in pounds sterling. No contract shall exist until we
have received and confirmed the deposit.
Cancellations
Unfortunately,
deposits are non-refundable. If you have to cancel less
than two weeks prior to your holiday, we would try to
re-let the cottage, but otherwise would feel compelled
to charge you the full rental. We do recommend that you
take out insurance against this eventuality.
Arrival
and departure
We
cannot guarantee that your cottage will be ready before
3pm, and would ask you to vacate by 10am on your day of
departure. However, we can often be flexible according
to your needs. Just ask!
Dogs
We
are happy to accept well-behaved dogs, but would ask you
to discourage them from climbing onto beds, sofas or armchairs
Basis
of occupation
Any
property leased from us is on the basis that accommodation
is for holiday use only and that no right to remain in
the property exists for the hirer or any person allowed
in by the hirer. |
